GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers and takes pride in doing things accurately. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer support, maintaining clear communication, entering and tracking orders, and ensuring customer information and order details are handled with care and accountability.  


 PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers through timely communication and follow-up. 
  • Build strong customer relationships by being helpful, responsive, and dependable. 
  • Enter, update, track, and verify orders with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and follow-up notes in company systems. 
  • Take ownership of customer questions, issues, and special requests until they are resolved. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address order changes, discrepancies, or delays. 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services when helpful. 
  • Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability. 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB 

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of customer service, administrative support, order entry, or related experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred. 
  • Promotional products experience is helpful but not required. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
  • Enjoys working with customers and helping solve problems. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Dependable, organized, and accountable. 
  • Comfortable using order management, CRM, or similar business systems. 
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive customer-first attitude.  


Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $22–$25 per hour plus additional earning potential through a monthly sales incentive program.
