Position Summary:

The Dunkin’ Manager oversees all daily operations of a high-volume Dunkin’ café and drive-thru within our modern travel centers. This role requires an active, hands-on leader who can navigate peak rush periods, manage financial performance, and cultivate a talent pipeline. You are good at:

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strict Dunkin’ brand standards, product quality, food safety, and overall cleanliness across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular coaching sessions to foster a positive, people-first working environment.
  • Financial Performance: Drive sales and maximize profit by managing labor and food costs, minimizing waste, and enforcing strict inventory and cash controls.
  • Guest Experience: Cultivate a "guest-first" culture that ensures prompt, accurate, and friendly service; resolve customer feedback professionally.
  • Administration: Manage product ordering, inventory par levels, shift reconciliations, safe deposits, and regulatory/brand compliance paperwork.

Great if you have:

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and basic tech proficiency (MS Office); ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Availability: Full-time schedule with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call needs.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs. routinely (50 lbs. occasionally); jump in hands-on at the register or beverage station during peak rushes.
