Performs safe and efficient transportation of patients both inside and outside of the hospital setting to predetermined destinations using appropriate equipment and vehicles. Including but not limited to testing sites, nursing facilities, and home addressesPrimary Department, Division, or Unit:

​Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- NA
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two (2) years’ driving experience.
- Customer service, organizational, communication and time management skills
- Previous health care experience
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- Current unrestricted drivers license
- Two (2) years' maintenance of any form of drivers license with evidence of a clean driving record
