The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies, draft clear and professional content, and ensure all messaging aligns with our clients’ brand voice and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and proofreading internal and external communications

  • Draft memos, press releases, newsletters, talking points, and briefings

  • Coordinate messaging across teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and written proposals

  • Manage schedules and communication timelines for assigned projects

  • Conduct research to support content development and strategy

  • Maintain accurate communication records and databases

  • Assist in organizing meetings, media interactions, and client briefings

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a communications, PR, or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities

  • Highly organized with attention to detail
