Description

Assist the Wish Team in all aspects of mission delivery, including managing wish files; liaising with medical professionals, families and volunteers; database entry and administrative duties.

Common Tasks

Communicating with families, health care professionals, donors, and volunteers via phone call and email
Making calls to solicit information and donations from potential vendors
Researching specific wishes and vendors
Faxing, scanning, and filing
Managing our electronic filing system
Database entry
Assisting with wish visits, wish celebrations, and logistics
