Sain Associates is looking for a Civil Engineer who would like to join our Civil/Site Design Team working on land development. In this role, you would be working closely with the project manager to produce high quality engineered plans in Civil3D. On a typical day, you might attend a project kick-off meeting, draft design plans, conduct storm and hydraulic analyses, and coordinate permits. 

About the Team

Our Site Practice Group is located in Birmingham and Huntsville. They serve a diverse set of markets including large-scale industrial developments, EV battery plants, municipal work, master-planned residential subdivisions, and airports.

  • This is an entry-level position
  • Interest in working with site design
  • Good attitude and interest in learning
  • Previous internship experience using Civil 3D preferred
  • EI or plans to take the FE exam is preferred

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency
