Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Corporate Office - Trussville, AL 35173Position Overview The ERP Data Integrity & Process Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and usability of data within SPOC’s ERP ecosystem, including B365 ERP and FUUZ MES/WMS. This role is highly data- and process-intensive, serving as the control point between business operations, IT, and the ERP platform. The individual will be responsible for validating both existing (legacy-migrated) and newly created data against defined business rules, system requirements, and process standards. They will identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies; perform data analysis; and proactively follow up with departments or individuals to resolve issues when data cannot be corrected independently. This role is essential to maintaining operational reliability across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Engineering by ensuring ERP data supports accurate planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities ERP Data Validation & Integrity Validate master data and transactional data within B365 ERP and FUUZ MES/WMS, including but not limited to: Item master data Bills of Material (BOMs) Routings and operations Inventory and warehouse data Vendor and customer records Pricing, costing, and unit-of-measure structures Ensure all required fields, attributes, and relationships are populated according to defined ERP standards. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, missing values, and invalid configurations. Perform pre- and post-deployment data checks for new ERP features, integrations, or process changes. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze ERP data to identify trends, anomalies, and systemic data quality issues. Develop and maintain data validation reports, exception lists, and dashboards. Support operational and management reporting by ensuring underlying ERP data is accurate and reliable. Assist with root-cause analysis when data issues impact operations, planning, or reporting. Process Enforcement & Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between IT and business departments to resolve data gaps or errors. Follow up with departments or individual data owners when required information is missing, incomplete, or incorrect. Guide users on proper data entry standards and ERP best practices when self-correction is possible. Escalate recurring or systemic issues to IT leadership with recommendations for process or system improvements. ERP Governance & Standards Support the definition, documentation, and enforcement of ERP data standards and governance rules. Assist in maintaining data dictionaries, validation rules, and process documentation. Ensure data changes align with approved business processes and ERP configuration standards. Participate in ERP change management activities related to data structure or process updates. ERP System Support & Continuous Improvement Provide first-line ERP support for data-related and basic functional issues reported by business users. Investigate and troubleshoot data errors, process failures, or configuration inconsistencies within B365 ERP and FUUZ MES/WMS. Perform basic ERP administrative tasks such as validating configuration settings, reviewing system logs, and confirming data relationships. Escalate complex technical issues to IT developers, ERP vendors, or implementation partners when required. Support ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations by validating data readiness and identifying potential data impacts. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) by verifying data accuracy, business logic, and scenario coverage. Help document and communicate system changes that affect data structure, workflows, or operational processes. Identify opportunities to automate data validation, monitoring, and exception reporting where feasible. · Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field — or equivalent experience. Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments. Demonstrated experience in data validation, data quality, or data governance roles. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to understand and document complex business processes and data relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow up across departments professionally and effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data issues simultaneously. Preferred Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, MES, or WMS platforms. Familiarity with B365 ERP, FUUZ MES/WMS, or similar systems. Experience with data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, SQL, etc.). Understanding of master data management (MDM) principles. Experience supporting ERP users with basic troubleshooting, data corrections, and functional system questions. · Working Style & Attributes Highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Comfortable holding others accountable for data completion and accuracy. Able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Proactive mindset toward identifying and preventing data issues before they impact operations.
