Job Title: Field Safety Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL (Servicing Alabama & Mississippi Projects)

Compensation:
Salary Range: $76,000 to $80,000 annually
Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$105,000 to $109,000 including allowances
Bonus: Generous discretionary, performance-based bonus opportunity

Schedule:
Hours: Salaried exempt, minimum 50 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday plus project demands
⏰ Shift: Daytime based on jobsite schedule
Regional travel required as assigned

Scope of Role:
Provides field-level safety execution across heavy civil and early-stage construction projects. This position supports compliance, field engagement, and safety reinforcement rather than leading a full program redesign.

Qualifications:
✅ OSHA 30 preferred
✅ OSHA 510 preferred
✅ Heavy civil or excavation exposure preferred
✅ Willingness to travel within assigned region

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and field observations
• Reinforce OSHA construction compliance
• Support JHAs and hazard planning
• Lead toolbox talks
• Monitor corrective actions
• Partner with project leadership
