We are looking for a dependable, motivated Crew Leader who can lead by example and represent our company with confidence and integrity. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading and organizing your maintenance crew daily Following weekly schedules and completing jobs on time Delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards are met Supervising maintenance, watering, and chemical applications Monitoring plant health and identifying disease or pest issues Ensuring crew safety compliance Entering time for yourself and crew members Communicating professionally with clients and team members You will be the face of Blackjack Horticulture on your job sites.
