Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals
Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making
Offer clear feedback that helps supervisees grow professionally
Maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements
Help promote quality supervision through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform

Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
Must be qualified or approved to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements
Prior experience supervising counselors, therapists, or clinical social workers preferred
