What You Will Do:
The position serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administrative personnel. The role involves supervisory, technical, clerical, and customer service responsibilities to ensure smooth departmental operations and exemplary patient care. The Supervisor will provide guidance on properly navigating the day to day work load , ensuring that all department guidelines are being followed. Assist with training, QA's review, and all other needs of the staff. The supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining the relationships with our client, while ensuring that the Financial Counselors are meeting the needs of the patients and client. Provide updated on the progress of staff to ensure that the department is meeting set goals

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Background in Patient Access or Eligibility
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, SSI and other government programs
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Prior Role in leadership with provide success
  • Knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
