Post Closing Intern

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring timely receipt of the signed closing packages and delivery of collateral packages to the warehouse banks by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintains receipt of the signed Closing Packages from the settlement agents and updates to the LOS accordingly.

Follows up to ensure said packages are received timely.

Monitors preparation and delivery of collateral package (including original Note) to the warehouse banks.

Images documents received with signed closing package into the LOS imaging system.

Performs other duties as assigned.
