If you are looking for a company with values and work-life balance, this opportunity could be just what you’re looking for.    Summary Accomplishes company objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. Load, unload and move materials within or near facility, yard, or work site by performing the following duties.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Supervise and direct fabricators and workflows within the Shop Reads pick ticket, transfers or other documents and follows oral instructions to ascertain materials to be moved. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment Inspecting completed work to guarantee compliance with quality standards Coordinate the maintenance and repair of shop equipment and tools with Supervisor Coordinating with management to understand work requirements and deadlines Coordinate ordering materials, tools, and equipment necessary for shop operations with Supervisor Implementing and enforcing shop policies and procedures Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers then reviews all orders to ensure picking accuracy. Oversees and directs employees to fulfill orders for will call customers quickly, accurately, courteously and respectfully. Operates industrial forklift or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products. Locates material in assigned locations and assures inventory accuracy if discrepancies are found on either. Reports discrepancies to direct supervisor.   The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described. QualificationsQualifications One to three months of related experience.  Ability to effectively communicate effectively both written and verbally with both customers and employees of the organization. Proficient in performing simple math including multiplications and division within the units of currency, weight, volume, and distance.  Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems.  Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as well as work extended hours on your feet.   Benefits Company provided cell phone and laptop.
