The Registered Nurse provides high-quality clinical support across all phases of patient care — from diagnostics through treatment — while delivering an exceptional patient experience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will:Â
- Coordinate patient fertility treatment cycles from diagnostic testing through treatment planningÂ
- Provide patient education and counseling on medications, treatment protocols, and IVF proceduresÂ
- Triage patient calls and messages related to medications, lab results, and treatment plansÂ
- Accurately document care in the EMR while maintaining strict HIPAA complianceÂ
- Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results to patients in a timely mannerÂ
- Transcribe and transmit prescriptions and manage prior authorizationsÂ
- Perform phlebotomy, administer medications (subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral), and record vital signs and historiesÂ
- Assist with patient preparation, specimen collection, and exam/procedure room flowÂ
- Circulate for pre-op, intra-op, and post-op proceduresÂ
- Perform abdominal ultrasound during IUI and embryo transfer proceduresÂ
- Maintain organized, safe, and fully stocked treatment areasÂ
- Support smooth daily patient flow and provide compassionate guidance to patients and familiesÂ

Qualifications:Â
- Active Alabama RN license in good standing requiredÂ
- Nursing experience, minimum of 2 years requiredÂ
- Strong blood draw skills are requiredÂ
- Strong clinical and communication skillsÂ
- Experience in women’s health or fertility is preferredÂ
