SUMMARY

The Senior Developer Analyst - Integrations is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for the analysis, design, development, and support of enterprise integrations and APIs using the MuleSoft Any point Platform. This role owns end-to-end integration delivery, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions across the organization’s multichannel systems. The position partners closely with architects, business analysts, and technology stakeholders to define integration patterns, perform impact analysis, and ensure high quality API and integration implementations that support business operations and system interoperability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations and APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, supporting scalable and reliable system interoperability across the organization.
  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of APIs and integrations, including design, development, versioning, maintenance, performance optimization, and ongoing support in alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
  • Analyze application and integration gaps, identifying opportunities for API‑led integration solutions that improve data flow, system connectivity, and business process efficiency.
  • Design and document integration and API solutions in collaboration with enterprise architects, business analysts, and technology stakeholders, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Translate business requirements into MuleSoft‑based integration and API solutions, performing detailed technical analysis to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
  • Perform impact analysis across applications, integrations, data flows, and dependent systems resulting from proposed changes, and define appropriate mitigation strategies or solution approaches.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews and validation of integration and API specifications, ensuring consistency with enterprise integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze omni‑channel systems, data platforms, and enterprise integrations to document integration flows, data elements, dependencies, and system interactions.
  • Coordinate and support integration testing activities, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution quality, reliability, and readiness for production deployment.
  • Provide critical, time‑sensitive production support for enterprise integrations and APIs, ensuring system stability, rapid issue resolution, and minimal business disruption.
  • Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

            Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in systems integration, application integration, or related enterprise technology roles
  • Three (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API and integration development, RAML, Dataweave language, Mule Anypoint studio, Maven in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex integration requirements and design scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions.
  • Experience architecting ETL solutions and defining data integration and data conversion strategies.
  • Experience supporting integrations in a retail or multi‑channel business environment.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and cross‑functional technology teams in large or complex organizations.


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of generally accepted basic IT principles.
  • REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
