Territory Manager
Location: Texas (remote - based in Houston or Dallas)
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base + commissionÂ
The Territory Manager is the foundational field sales role at Rohrer Aesthetics. You own your territory. You prospect, you build relationships, and you drive the pipeline. You work with urgency and discipline, hold yourself to a high standard, and bring a level of professionalism that earns trust in clinical environments.
This is a true hunter role. Success in this position requires disciplined field prospecting, heavy cold calling, consistent meeting booking, and the ability to move opportunities forward across in-person, phone, video, and email channels. You should be comfortable opening new doors, handling rejection professionally, and closing straightforward opportunities over the phone while building a strong pipeline for larger wins.
What you'll do
• Prospect relentlessly through in-person clinic visits, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and follow-up across dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spa owners within your assigned territory.
• Book and conduct a high volume of qualified first meetings, follow-up meetings, and product discussions to maintain strong pipeline coverage.
• Promote Rohrer’s capital equipment portfolio across in-person, phone, video, and email channels with clarity, professionalism, and urgency.
• Advance and close appropriate opportunities over the phone and by video, while partnering with the ASD or RSD on more complex deals as needed.
• Build real relationships with prospective and existing customers, following up with consistency and earning trust over time.
• Represent Rohrer at events, trade shows, and local industry gatherings, using every interaction to expand your network and generate new pipeline.
• Plan your territory with discipline, using account prioritization, routing, and field coverage strategies to maximize time and opportunity.
• Coordinate customer follow-up, delivery readiness, and internal handoffs to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.
• Keep your CRM current and accurate so sales leadership has a clear picture of activity, stage movement, and opportunity quality.
• Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota, treating territory performance as your responsibility from first touch through closed business.
What you'll bring (Required)
• 2+ years of outbound, inside, field, or hybrid sales experience with real, verifiable prospecting results.
• Demonstrated success with heavy cold calling, booking net-new meetings, and converting those meetings into qualified pipeline.
• Experience advancing and closing business over the phone and by video, not only in face-to-face selling environments.
• Strong territory discipline: able to plan call blocks, manage follow-up, prioritize accounts, and maintain clean CRM data.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while taking direction and coaching from an Area Sales Director or Regional Sales Director.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn credibility quickly in clinical and practice environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
 (Preferred / Strong Plus)
• Experience selling to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or medical spa owners.
• Background in capital equipment, medical devices, or aesthetics.
• Experience using AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, summarize meetings, and improve sales productivity.
• Familiarity with territory zoning, territory mapping, routing, or coverage-planning tools that improve field efficiency and account prioritization.
Education and Experience
• At least 2 years of business, technical, or practical experience required.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent driving and travel within assigned territory.
• Prolonged periods of standing and moving between clinical locations.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds to support device installations and event logistics.
• Must be able to set up and break down equipment at events.
• Travel as required by customer and territory demands.
Benefits
• Car Allowance
• Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with company match
• Generous PTO and paid holidays
