Responsible for all functions involved in shipping, receiving and warehousing in a cGMP environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Personally handles the daily activity associated with the safe receipt and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, customer returns, chemicals, drugs, parts, equipment, products, supplies, etc. Coordinates all TMD receiving at LPF and transfers to TMD as needed.
  • Daily updates for all material movements in SAP including incoming material receipts, shipments and material transfers between storage locations.
  • Receive GMP materials per SOP, ensure proper labelling and storage.
  • Prepare and ship finished product per SOP.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensure all controlled access areas are locked.
  • Transfers any items received on wooden pallets, to plastic pallets, per site SOP.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma preferred but not required
  • 5+ Years Warehouse / Material Handling, shipping and receiving experience.
  • Good written / verbal communication skills.
  • GMP knowledge
  • Fork lift operator certification
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Computer Skills:  Advanced SAP (MM module), M/S office, Excel, Inventory Management
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team
