As a Car Wash Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience from the moment guests arrive. You'll greet customers, prepare vehicles for the wash, keep the site clean and organized, and help ensure every vehicle leaves looking its best. As you grow with the company, you'll also have opportunities to assist with membership sales, customer accounts, and kiosk support.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Explain wash packages and answer customer questions.
- Prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel.
- Safely load vehicles into the wash.
- Keep the lot, vacuum stations, and facility clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and remove trash and debris throughout the site.
- Complete required training and certifications.
- Report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operating procedures.

- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Work Environment
This is an active, outdoor position. Team members regularly work around moving vehicles, car wash equipment, and cleaning products while experiencing changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required for certain tasks.
