About the People Inc. Fellowship Program:

The People Inc. Fellowship Program runs from June 2026 to May 2027. The program offers candidates the opportunity to gain experience working full-time in the office with some of our most popular brands. Fellows work full-time and earn $18/hr. 

About the Team:

Our Birmingham, AL video production studio creates fast and creative food and recipe videos for brands like Food & Wine, Allrecipes, and Southern Living. We specialize in eye-catching, YouTube and social-first videos that bring food to life. With a team of producers, food stylists, and editors, we produce engaging content that inspires audiences to cook, share, and enjoy. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist production workflow by tracking projects through all stages using Airtable and other project management tools.

  • Supporting content creation for all brands, including assisting production crews, and creating call sheets.

  • Contribute content ideation across a portfolio of brands and social platforms.

  • Assist Producers as directed.

About You: 

Candidates for this role should have:

  • A degree in social or creative media, culinary arts, video or related field.

  • An ability to work independently, show initiative, and demonstrate a collaborative, goal-oriented approach.

  • Experience working with social media, YouTube, cameras like iPhones, DSLRs, and editing equipment like Adobe Premiere preferred.

  • Requires a valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record
