Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and multiple service platforms
- Efficiently switch between platforms and systems while assisting customers
- Handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Resolve issues in a timely and positive mannerFollow company procedures and meet performance expectations
Requirements
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ
- Ability to quickly switch between multiple platforms and applications
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
