This role is on a 2-2-3 rotation with a 12-hour shift.Â

What we are looking for:Â
- Must possess a valid Driver’s LicenseÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documentation, SOPs, and job descriptionsÂ
- Ability to do fundamental mathematics as it pertains to production, formulations, and efficienciesÂ
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formÂ
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervisionÂ
- Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures.Â

In this role, you would:
- Operate treating machine(s) that produce furniture and decor papersÂ
- Regulate machine speed, flow, volume, and temperatureÂ
- Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs and clear machine jamsÂ
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards Â
- Adjust machine tension, pressure, and machine components according to specifics of product Â
- Inspect and remove defective products as requiredÂ
- Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items as neededÂ
- Verify and record product weights or measurements to ensure quality standardsÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorÂ
- Willing to support and work on other shifts as neededÂ

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.Â
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.Â
- Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Â
- Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.Â
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperaturesÂ
