Job DetailsJob Location: Bismarck North Clinic - Bismarck, ND 58503Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Category: Insurance Job Summary        This position is responsible for supporting the Patient Accounts department by providing phone coverage - answering incoming phone calls to address and respond to patient billing and insurance questions along with providing support to internal staff in answering questions and inquiries. Day-to-day, ongoing work provides interaction with various positions in the practice.   Job Responsibilities Answers incoming phone calls in order to: Respond to patient billing and insurance questions in a professional and courteous manner. Assist patients with making payments on their account(s). Respond to internal staff questions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Prepares surgery estimates Assists with other office duties as directed by the Revenue Cycle Manager and/or CFO.
