We're looking for a dependable Demolition Restoration Technician to join our Reconstruction Team. What You'll Do

  • Remove damaged building materials affected by water, fire, or mold.
  • Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, insulation, framing, and other building components.
  • Remove salvageable trim and materials when appropriate.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites.
  • Assist carpenters and mitigation technicians as needed.
  • Drive company vehicles, including box trucks and trailers.

What We're Looking For

  • Construction, carpentry, or demolition experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and tow a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, approximately 42–46 hours per week.
  • Hours: 6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm.
  • Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
  • Rotating after-hours on-call schedule with additional compensation once trained.
