We're looking for a dependable Mitigation Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping people during challenging times. No restoration experience? We're willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction and remove damaged building materials.
• Set up drying, dehumidification, and specialty equipment.
• Document damage with photos and moisture readings.
• Move and protect customer belongings.
• Clean, maintain, and monitor restoration equipment.
• Work alongside an experienced team to restore properties safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Restoration, mitigation, carpentry, or carpet cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, approximately 40–45 hours per week.
• Hours: 6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm.
  
• Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
• Rotating after-hours on-call schedule with additional compensation once trained.
