A successful CSR will have a friendly personality, enjoy working as a team and will be able to take the initiative and go the “extra mile” when responding to Customer’s needs.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Providing products and services to fit their unique needs Opening new accounts and assisting customers as needed Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
