No security industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training, pay for your Oklahoma Security Sales License, and give you the coaching and support needed to build a successful sales career.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new residential and commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to identify their security needs.
• Present customized solutions including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and smart security technology.
• Prepare proposals and close new business.
• Build lasting relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Maintain customer information using our CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while representing Lions Den professionally in the community.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need security experience—we’re looking for the right attitude.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, business development, or door-to-door sales is helpful but not required.
