The positions available are:
- Per Diem – 24 hours per pay period, Various shifts, with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, non-benefited
Essential Duties Include:
- Evaluate patient assessments and responses to interventions and take appropriate action according to established standards.
- Provides individualized patient and family-focused care throughout the patient’s stay.
- Initiates effective after-care and referral plans on admission utilizing appropriate hospital and community resources.
- Participates in patient and family education as evidenced by teaching documentation with appropriate resources.
Educational Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) requiredÂ
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferredÂ
- BLS required within 3 months of hire
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- PALS within 2 years of hire
- Current licensed Wisconsin RN
