Custodian

$20 to $23 an hour W-2 with weekly pay, full-time Monday to Friday. Skillforce is hiring a custodian to help keep an active campus in Blacksburg, VA clean, clear, and presentable. This is steady, hands-on work, from trash and debris removal to general cleaning and daily campus upkeep.

Pay and Schedule

• $20 to $23 per hour W-2, based on experience

• Weekly pay sent to you by direct deposit

• Full-time, Monday to Friday on a day shift

• Overtime available during busy stretches

• No nights or weekends on the standard schedule

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from around the campus

• Clean common areas, restrooms, and entryways

• Sweep, mop, and keep floors and walkways clear

• Help with miscellaneous upkeep tasks as needed

• Keep all work areas clean, safe, and presentable

Qualifications

• Reliable and on time, with steady availability

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet

• Comfortable working around students and staff

• Must pass a pre-employment background check
