Prepare apartments for new residents. Maintain landscaping and curb appeal. Assist with light maintenance tasks. Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns. Help create a positive living experience for residents. What We're Looking For Dependable with a strong work ethic. Enjoys working indoors and outdoors. Takes pride in quality work. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. Your work makes a difference every day.
