KS Management is a small private dental group seeking a Part-Time Regional Licensed Dental Assistant to support our growing family of dental offices throughout the northwest metro. This position is ideal for a motivated, dependable assistant who enjoys working with different teams, adapting to new environments, and helping wherever they are needed most.

Our practices include:

  • University Ave Dental - Blaine
  • Rivers Bend Family Dental - Ramsey
  • Osseo Family Dental - Osseo
  • Hopkins Family Dentistry - Hopkins

This position offers a flexible schedule that may vary week to week based on office needs. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between locations and working with different providers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Educate patients on treatment and oral health
  • Support office efficiency and patient flow
  • Follow OSHA and infection control guidelines
  • Adapt quickly to different providers, teams, and office workflows

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
  • Experience with digital dentistry preferred
  • Open Dental experience is a plus
