Hours: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm negotiable

Job Description

What Will I Be Doing?Ā Ā 

Ā 

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:Ā Ā

  • TeamĀ membersĀ must be able to work in aĀ team orientedĀ andĀ safetyĀ conscious environment. ā€œSafety Firstā€ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Ā 

  • Assigned tasks list toĀ include, butĀ not limited to; perform housekeeping and janitorial duties toĀ maintainĀ offices,Ā restrooms,Ā and public areas in clean and orderlyĀ condition.Ā 

  • Removes trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors,Ā cleaning,Ā andĀ maintainingĀ carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors.Ā AssistĀ other service personnel with minor facility service repair. FollowĀ establishedĀ routine.Ā EmployeeĀ will performĀ any and allĀ other duties that are assigned by theĀ responsible supervisor.Ā 

  • Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machineryĀ on a daily basisĀ such as floor sweepers and brooms.Ā 

  • Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.Ā 

  • Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Ā 

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.Ā 

  • Communicates with all team members toĀ assistĀ the development ofĀ short- and long-rangeĀ planning in assist of the company’s goals andĀ objectivesĀ 

  • MaintainĀ personalĀ toolsĀ requiredĀ for your job.Ā 

  • MeetĀ physicalĀ requirements of the job.Ā 

  • Maintain good attendanceĀ in accordance withĀ Company policyĀ

  • Experience: Two years’ experience in Janitorial / Custodial applications desirable.Ā

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $18.70 - $22.00
