About Our OpportunityÂ
Machine Operator position on 2nd shift in the Napkins Department.
PRIMARY DUTY
Effectively operates and monitors machines in production department.Â
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Â
•   Starts, stops, and clears jams from the equipment.
•   Changes labels or wrapper film as needed.
•   Maintains product quality.
•   Accurately completes required paperwork and cycle counts.
•   Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
•   A commitment to company-wide quality and safety is required.Â
•   Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Â
Other duties may be assigned. Â
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Â
•   Ability to work as a team leader.Â
•   Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast paced distribution environment.Â
•   Ability to communicate with management and coworkers in order to meet departmental goals.Â
•   Ability to understand written and oral instructions.  Â
•   Ability to perform basic math
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
•   Continued education preferred.
•   1 year prior experience and/or training in the distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.Â

Pay
- We offer competitive pay based on job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training, and geographic location.
- The starting hourly pay rate is $17.00.
- Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s compensation guidelines, and business needs.
