How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
  • Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory goals.
  • Drive execution of volume, quality, and on-time delivery objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
  • Manage critical product or equipment issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Recommend technical upgrades for equipment and facilities.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos).
  • Must have U.S. work authorization.
