What You'll Do

As our Client Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our Account Teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities include order management, coordinating interviews between clients and consultants, managing day-to-day client interactions, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system (Bullhorn). You'll prepare candidate submissions, support RFP development, and serve as the primary contact for consultants throughout their engagements.


What We're Looking For

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree 


Experience: 4+ years in staffing/consulting industry preferred, with 2+ years in customer-facing roles


Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based technologies
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
