DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent that will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and job quality.

DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent that will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and job quality.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipmentÂ
- Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completionÂ
- Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality, and provide written and photographic documentation of job progressÂ
- Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors in Project Manager’s place when neededÂ
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in constructionÂ
- 2+ years of experience foreman-level or higher supervision experienceÂ
- IICRC certified a plusÂ
- Must have a valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Full-time, Monday through FridayÂ
Pay Range: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
