Title: Operator Set-Up Haulick/ Bruderer

 

Job Summary:

An operator/set-up person is responsible for the complete set-up and operation of all Haulick Roos and Bruderer stamping machines.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  None

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Install dies and set-up machine for production of parts per customer specs.
  • Operate machines at maximum efficiency to produce quality parts.
  • Perform in-process inspections.
  • Maintain logs and process sheets.
  • Ensure all required PM's are done and recorded.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lot and scrap control as required.
  • Inspect parts.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of all machine capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to record trends.
  • Ability to use measuring and magnification equipment and recognize key dimensions.

 

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working in a stamping environment
  • Experience in using measuring and magnification equipment
  • Experience in working with tight tolerances.
