We offer relocation assistance along with per diem for potential out of market candidates. We are seeking Tower Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong telecommunications background, a commitment to safety, a keen eye for detail, pride in workmanship and an excellent ability to work in a team environment. As a Tower Technician, you will assist the lead with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications sites and related equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards. A $1,500 sign on bonus may be offered for this position! You must be able to safely perform the following types of activities daily as a part of your regular duty position. Lift/Carry 0-100 lbs. depending upon role, height of lift 0-8’ depending upon role, distance of carry varies based upon position. Pushing up to 75 lbs. occasionally up to 33% of the workday. Pulling up to 75 lbs. frequently up to 60% of the workday.  Climbing and balancing - constantly up to 90% of the workday. Bending, squatting, reaching, fingering, feeling and repetition frequently up to 66% of the workday. Twisting, crawling, kneeling – occasionally up to 33% of the workday. Hand and foot motion – frequently up to 100% of the workday Temperature tolerance; extreme heat and cold - occasionally Vibration of power tools - occasionally Noise- occasionally Pass drug screening, physical, and background check
