This individual must hold a Level 2 NDT certification. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of parts, while maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform and interpret non-destructive tests on aerospace components using a variety of NDT techniques. This includes the preparation of parts before or after testing in accordance with approved work instructions. Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure proper documentation of all findings, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Set up and calibrate NDT equipment, and conduct tests in accordance with approved procedures and specifications. Interpret and evaluate test results according to applicable standards, codes, and specifications, and make recommendations based on findings. Review and analyze work orders, technical manuals, and blueprints to determine appropriate NDT methods and inspection criteria. Provide guidance and training to Level 1 NDT Inspectors. Maintain NDT equipment and conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company safety, quality, and environmental policies. Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective actions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
