The Finance Data Office is building an integrated Data & Product capability to improve how Finance accesses data, uses analytics, and makes decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Data Office, the Senior Director, Integrated Data & Product Lead has overall responsibility for the Data & Product pillar across three workstreams: Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations. The role sets direction across the pillar, aligns priorities and dependencies, manages execution, and ensures the product and underlying data foundation evolve together.

Finance 360 is the flagship AI-enabled Finance workbench, bringing together data, reporting, analytics, KPIs, workflow, insights, and decision support into a single experience for Finance teams. This role will work closely with Finance leadership, Technology, AI & Analytics, Process Re-engineering, Governance, and GCC teams to deliver the broader Finance Forward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Data & Product Leadership

  • Lead execution of the Data & Product pillar strategy in line with overall Finance Data Office and Finance Forward priorities.
  • Provide overall leadership across Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations.
  • Maintain an integrated view of priorities, dependencies, resources, risks, and outcomes across the pillar.
  • Make prioritization and resource tradeoffs within the Data & Product pillar and escalate broader FDO decisions to the Head of Finance Data Office.
  • Manage pillar spend within the approved plan and recommend funding and investment changes as part of the overall FDO portfolio.
  • Measure success through delivery, productivity, operational efficiency, decision quality, and business outcomes.

Data Foundation

  • Provide strategic oversight of the Finance data foundation and ensure it supports Finance 360 and broader Finance priorities.
  • Guide data sourcing, transformation, normalization, business data architecture, semantic models, reconciliations, business definitions, and foundational data products.
  • Ensure trusted and standardized Finance data is available to support reporting, analytics, AI, and decision-making.
  • Partner with upstream data owners and Technology teams while maintaining Finance ownership of business data requirements and definitions.

Finance 360 Product

  • Provide overall pillar oversight of Finance 360 while the Finance 360 Product & Platform Director owns the product end to end.
  • Ensure Finance 360 product priorities and the underlying data foundation remain aligned from design through delivery.
  • Guide integration of reporting, analytics, KPIs, drill-downs, workflow, self-service, reference data, data health, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Ensure validated capabilities from AI & Analytics and Process Re-engineering are integrated into the Finance 360 experience where appropriate.
  • Partner with Finance Forward Change Management leadership to support rollout and enablement.

Data Operations

  • Provide oversight of the Data Operations workstream, led through the Data Foundation Director.
  • Establish a sustainable operating model for data quality, controls, reconciliations, monitoring, issue management, stewardship, and governance.
  • Define measures for data and product health and ensure issues are identified, owned, and resolved.
  • Scale operational capabilities across the U.S. and GCC.

Leadership & Partnerships

  • Lead the U.S.-based Data & Product leadership team, including the Finance 360 Product & Platform Director and Data Foundation Director.
  • Work with the FDO GCC Lead, who owns local GCC leadership, while GCC resources align functionally to their respective pillar leads.
  • Serve as the primary Data & Product representative with the CFO and senior Finance leadership.
  • Partner with leaders across Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, Internal Audit, Procurement, and other Finance functions.
  • Work closely with Technology Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, Infrastructure, AI Enablement, Technology Governance, Enterprise Governance, and GCC leadership.
  • Partner with AI & Analytics and Process Re-engineering leaders to ensure their capabilities connect effectively with the Data & Product pillar.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience across data strategy, data and analytics, product leadership, Finance transformation, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong product leadership experience, including building and scaling enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading enterprise data and analytics transformation in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience supporting Finance functions such as Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, semantic models, analytics platforms, data governance, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Deep techno-functional experience with the ability to shape solution direction and challenge product, data, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Experience leading global teams and large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience working with senior Finance and Technology leaders.

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare or payer industry experience.
  • Experience working with or leading Global Capability Center teams.
  • Consulting background.
