We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Application Engineer / PMF Administrator to join our team!


The Sr. Application Engineer / PMF Administrator - North America is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and Training Users on software applications, as well as adminstering setup and esuring best practices. 

  • Partner with North America Director of Design to set direction and define long term vision and technical roadmap for PMF utilization and growth (PMF is software system that manages the production of architectural envelopes) 
  • Serve as leader and technical expert in the PMF Development Team to contribute to advancement and direction of PMF methodology in North America and globally
  • Constantly evaluate programing and create new apps and features per users’ needs and industry trends to streamline processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • Analyze and improve upon existing software solutions. 
  • Conduct deep-tier analysis of existing software ecosystems to identify bottlenecks, performing root-cause analysis on critical issues and implementing and training teammates on optimizations 
  • Oversee the PMF Project ecosystem, ensuring standardized workflows across high-profile, complex projects to maintain data integrity and performance
  • Attend developer Scrum meetings to provide further insights and leadership to support broader business optimization goals
  • Provide useful tools and features to Designers and Engineers
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula and technical documentation to empower Designers and Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Mentor and train PMF team members and provide guidance on best practices for software development within a specialized engineering context.

Requirements: 

Educational Requirements:  Bachelors in Computer Science or related field 

Computer System Skills: 

  • C#, .NET Framework
  • SQL Database
  • Object-Oriented Design
  • Software testing and debugging

Work Experience 

  • 10+ years’ experience in software development
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD software
  • Engineering/Architectural background preferred

Other  

  • Ability to write clean, concise, maintainable and scalable code
  • Correctly implement Software Design Patterns
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Root cause analysis
  • Fluency in English verbal and written
  • Overtime work to meet deadlines as required
  • Domestic and International Travel as required
  • Self-initiative & drive
  • Open minded, can work with all levels within the company
