Our systems are installed across the country and are trusted by healthcare providers who depend on performance, reliability, and precision.   Our success is built on operational excellence, accountability, and teamwork — and this role is central to that mission.   What You’ll Do As Project Coordinator, you will manage the operational side of imaging equipment installations from order release through final acceptance. You will: Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure rooms meet structural, electrical, and radiation shielding requirements. Keep customers informed while managing expectations and resolving technical issues Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams Track production, shipping, and delivery timelines Confirm site readiness requirements (power, construction, shielding, etc.) Maintain installation documentation and milestone tracking Serve as the primary point of contact for installation logistics Escalate risks proactively to prevent delays Ensure projects close cleanly and on time   You’ll manage multiple concurrent installations and serve as the communication hub between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Field Service.   What We’re Looking For Required: 2–5 years of project coordination, construction coordination, or operational support experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage 10–25 concurrent projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Preferred: Experience in medical device, capital equipment, or technical service industries Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems Exposure to healthcare construction or equipment installation environments   Why Join Del Medical?
