The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our receiving process for medical equipment and components. Responsibilities: Receive & Shipping incoming shipments of medical equipment, components, and materials. Conduct thorough inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of received goods. Accurately complete all necessary documentation for received shipments, including updating inventory systems and maintaining detailed records. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that received items meet established quality standards. Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects promptly. Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues related to received shipments. Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations. Ensure that storage areas are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety regulations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in received shipments promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues affecting the receiving process. Ensure timely and accurate entry of receiving data into the inventory management system. Maintain real-time visibility of inventory levels. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling received goods. Knowledge of inventory management systems and documentation procedures. Qualified Forklift Operator Excellent organizational and time management skills.
