Dental Front Desk

At Eagle Falls Dentistry, we believe every patient deserves to feel confident about their dental care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance and financial arrangements, and create an exceptional patient experience.

Part-Time Schedule

• Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Thursday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Review insurance benefits and patient responsibilities
• Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate follow-up care
• Help patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
• Support front office operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and insurance benefits
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dental experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a passion for helping others.
