We're looking for a dependable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping materials moving efficiently throughout our facility. Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Deliver materials to production and shipping departments as needed
• Load outbound shipments accurately and securely
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory by documenting material movements
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Keep warehouse aisles and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents, labels, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the workday
• Sit and operate a forklift for extended periods
• Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
