Service Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm

Duties

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Perform vehicle inspections to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions
• Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Assist Team with duties
• Assist with Supervisory responsibilities
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the service department's workflow

Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following capabilities:

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Not Required:

knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

Service or Sales experience (but is a plus)

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Highschool Diploma / or equivalent
