Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Join a growing Home Health team that's passionate about helping patients live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working one-on-one with patients and making a meaningful difference every day.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in improving independence with daily living activities
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Home Health team to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
