Patient Advocate: You center every decision around the patient - their safety, their experience, and their wellbeing throughout the research process.

Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.

Clinically Grounded: You bring hands-on clinical experience (MA or similar) and speak the language of medicine - terminology, workflows, and physician dynamics don't intimidate you.

Confident Communicator: You engage physicians, patients, and leadership with equal professionalism and aren't afraid to ask a hard question or raise a concern.

Detail-Oriented: Research requires precision - you catch the things others miss and take compliance seriously.

Hard Worker: You bring energy and work ethic to everything you do. The team notices, and so do the physicians and patients you serve.

Curious & Coachable: You ask questions to understand, not just to check a box and you have the capacity and willingness to learn and be trained.

No-Shortcuts Mentality: You do things right the first time, every time. Cutting corners isn't in your vocabulary
