Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN) - Luther Oaks Senior Living Community
$34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. PRN, flexible day or night shifts, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift. Pick up meaningful nursing work on your own schedule.
Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As a PRN LPN here, you'll provide direct resident care as part of a nursing team supporting residents across a full-continuum campus, with the flexibility to choose your shifts.
What you'll do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
What you'll need
Required:
- Current Illinois LPN license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
Pay and benefits
- $34.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials
Schedule
PRN, on-call. Minimum 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift per month.
