MIG/TIG Welder

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for projects located in the Bloomington, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

• Perform MIG and TIG welding in all positions
• Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment
• Produce high-quality welds while meeting production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Set up robotic welding systems
• Change fixtures and load welding programs
• Perform preventative maintenance on welding robots
• Make minor robot programming adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Strong MIG & TIG welding experience required
• Ability to weld in all positions
• Experience setting up welding equipment
• Robotic welding experience is a plus
