Nissan Express Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Express Service Technician here at Community Cars (Nissan of Bloomington). You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of automotive repair and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with/without mechanical knowledge and a passion for working with cars.

Duties: 

•  Perform tire services including installation, rotation, and repair
• Complete general automotive repairs such as brake replacements, oil changes, and fluid flushes
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Experience: 

•  Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
